Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations Services

Vendors to provide full-service marketing, communications and advertising support to the Department’s various marketing, outreach, and education programs.
- Marketing and creative service teams that develop campaign concepts and produce creative materials in-house. However, the Vendor may occasionally be called upon to strategize, conceptualize, produce, place, and distribute any or all aspects of a specific marketing campaign.
- Creative services:
• Develop and produce creative concepts and communication products for a variety of mediums, which may include print, video, internet, direct mail, transit, outdoor, display, television, and radio.
• Design and produce Marketing Collateral including but not limited to booklets, tv spots, reports, social media ads, banners, logos, signs, flyers, etc.
• Provide video production, audio production, and other production/design services, as needed.
- MEDIA BUY MANAGEMENT
• Planning, placement, and management of paid media, as required by department.
• Monitor and evaluate on behalf of department and give updates and reports per Section 6.4 on the performance of all media suppliers’ activities to ensure that a) all services purchased are delivered; and b) actual performance meets or exceeds the industry standard for that medium.
