Event management and promotional firms to manage talent procurement, marketing, concert production, technical production, and concert execution for the annual concert season at Wolf Creek Amphitheater.
- Marketing Plan shall address paid and organic digital media, traditional media, radio, television, print, out-of-home advertising, statewide audience development, influencer and ambassador networks, email and SMS databases, community outreach, budget by channel, conversion tracking, and measurable performance targets.
- The City shall control the official ticketing platform through its designated provider. The Contractor shall coordinate inventory, creative assets, promotions, reporting, and event settlements through the City-authorized platform and shall not create competing inventory, redirect sales, add undisclosed fees, or use customer data for unrelated purposes. City ticketing data shall be the authoritative source for ticket sales, paid attendance, refunds, chargebacks, complimentary tickets, and settlement, unless a documented error is identified and accepted by the City.
