Inbound Warehousing and Distribution Solution of Medical Supplies and Equipment Stockpile

The vendor is required to provide inbound, warehousing, and distribution solution of medical supplies and equipment stockpile and equipment to various locations in each of the provinces and territories (P/T), including remote, isolated, and semi-isolated first nations and Inuit communities.
- Provide a temperature-controlled warehouse space that has the capacity to store and handle approximately 1,700 pallets, based on pallet size of 40” x 48” x 60” (1.02m x 1.22m x 1.53m). 
- Within 100 km of an international airport including the following requirements:
•    Managing shipments arriving to the contractor’s warehouse or to the final destination. 
•    Include coordinating shipment pick-ups and providing transportation of the shipments if required; 
•    Receiving inbound shipments; 
•    Providing inventory management and inventory control (including storage of products, security) of medical supplies, hand sanitizer and equipment at the contractor’s warehouse; 
•    Relabeling of packaging to meet regulatory requirements; 
•    Picking and packing of medical supplies and equipment for distribution shipping primarily to various locations in each of the (p/t) as needed, including remote, isolated, and semi-isolated first nations and Inuit communities. 
•    Shipping may be required to other locations as needed; 
•    Providing reports to ISC, including but not limited to: daily inventory reports (excel only); and 
•    Transmission of information to ISC (including inventory tracking, fulfillment, receipts, order management)
•    Disposal services - when directed by the project authority, the contractor must ship products to disposal sites.
- Experience warehousing of medical supplies, and equipment
•    15 points = 12 months or more of demonstrated experience in warehousing medical supplies and equipment
•    10 points = between 6 months and less than 12 months of demonstrated experience
•    5 points = less than 6 months of demonstrated experience
•    0 point = no relevant experience provided.
