Commercial Waste and Recycle Management Services

The vendor is required to provide commercial waste and recycle management services for, but not limited to the following:
•    Provide commercial waste disposal and recycle management services which includes bin pick up and disposal to locations as outlined in the requirements; 
•    Supply all required equipment, including the external bins at each site, and materials to perform the services; 
•    Provide additional bin pick up on as required basis as stated
•    Provide all necessary personnel to carry out the necessary duties and those to effectively oversee the required services; 
•    Ensure compliance with all safety and training regulations regarding the use of power equipment by personnel; 
•    Ensure personnel operating the equipment possess the necessary certifications to ensure safe and proper operation; 
•    Take precautions to contain waste in the truck route to the disposal site; 
•    Have a fleet of vehicles and equipment to perform the waste and recycling services; 
•    Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bins, and replace them as necessary at successful supplier’s own expense; 
•    Bins should be handled carefully during pickup and placement to prevent any damage to property; 
•    Provide bins in any color but ensure a clear distinction between the waste and recycle bins for proper identification and use; 
•    Pay for any repairs to procurement facilities or bins that have been damaged or destroyed by successful supplier personnel or operations; 
•    Provide a monthly invoice per location to agency; 
•    Supply an active email address for correspondence; one point of contact is preferred; and 
•    Visit or contact the procurement building operator and manager to ensure they have a comprehension of the work to be completed after the award is complete. 
•    Failure to make such an inspection or contact will be deemed as the successful supplier’s responsibility.
