The vendor is required to provide for phase 2 of its wayfinding signage project, which includes planning, fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
- Phase 2 signage
• Identify and recommend GIS locations and signage for phase 2
• Fabrication cost estimates for all signage in the master plan wayfinding system
• Installation of town approved phase 2 signage
- Update and repair cost to existing signage:
• Assessment and modification of deteriorating signage
• Additional lettering to the blank side of phase 1 signage as approved by the town
• Replace damaged lettering and/or sign face as approved by the town
- Securing required permits:
• Building permit
• Right-of-way permit
- Coordination with subcontractors:
• Identify any subcontractors involved in the project
- Maintenance:
• Identify ongoing maintenance and warranty for all new signage.
