The vendor is required to provide for the removal of the existing vinyl graphics and the printing and installation of the new vinyl graphics to wrap east Marriott library windows for 175th anniversary.
- Bring a lift to campus that can reach up to 60’ and remove the current graphics on the east Marriott library windows (pictured above).
- There is one full section with graphics (on south end) at 20’ 11” wide by 26’ 9” high, and then the lettering on the other seven panels (u belong) are all approximately 14’ by 14.
- Clean or prepare all 10 glass panel sections on that side of the library for new mesh vinyl wraps to go up
- Vendor must print and install full mesh vinyl graphics on all 10 window sections on the east side of Marriott library
- Dimensions of each panel are 20’11” wide x 26’9” high - times 10 panels.
- We prefer the mesh vinyl install in vertical strips across each glass section (which looks better than running the vinyl strips horizontally).
- Clean up any materials that fall in the light wells below the installation space.
- Coordinate with university marketing & communications on project along with library staff to help with process
- Stock: outdoor mesh vinyl (so offices inside can see out
- Ink: 4/0 – panels 2 and 3 may be a black and white photo so those sections would be 1/0 black ideally this project would use the lift for both removal of current graphics and install of new ones to save money and time.
