The Vendor is required to provide to maintain the integrity of the mobile library units, for both the public and staff, having consistent cleaning schedule of the mobile library units is required.
- Cleaning services for the mobile library units, which include one (1) small vehicle and one (1) large vehicle, two (2) times per week on Mondays and Thursdays between 8:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m., when the mobile library units are not in service.
- The cleaning services must ensure that the units remain in good condition, free from excessive dust buildup, grime, or other contaminants that could affect their longevity or appearance.
- Services must include:
• Vacuuming and mopping floors, stairwells, and floor mats.
• Dusting shelving, books, dashboards, and all interior unit surfaces.
• Sanitizing countertops, handrails, steering wheel, and all high-touch surfaces such as knobs and door handles.
• Washing the exterior of vehicles, including the roof and side view mirrors, ensure mirrors are streak free.
- Washing away the excess dirt on the tires and rims.
• Washing and thoroughly drying the rooftop vinyl vehicle wrap using a safe car wash solution and products that do not compromise the wrap’s longevity.
• The wrap must be dried completely after washing.
• Vacuuming and wiping seats with a fabric-safe cleaner.
• Emptying garbage and recycling bins and replacing them with bin liners.
• Small vehicle:
1. Opening back doors to clean the inside of the back doors with a degreaser.
2. Dusting and vacuuming the floor around the wheelchair lift.
• Large vehicle:
1. Cleaning the inside and outside of the microwave.
2. Cleaning three overhead air conditioner grates and filters on a monthly basis.
