The Vendor is required to provide cleaning shall include the following duties:
- Nightly:
• Remove trash from all receptacles in the building and replace liners. Wipe down receptacle sides as necessary. All trash should be placed in the dumpster on premises.
• Restock all bathroom accessories, including toilet paper, hand soap, toilet seat covers
• Clean sinks, toilets/urinals, bathroom stalls, and wipe down mirrors
• Mop all bathroom floors
• Dust hallways
• Clean all interior glass and mirrors, excluding storefront window walls
• Clean stairwells and landings and wipe down hand rails
• Clean elevators and vacuum the tracks
• Vacuum all carpet, including under the desks and in corners
• Wipe down water fountains
• Clean kitchens surfaces and appliances
- Weekly:
• Dust window sills and blinds
• Dust door frames
• Mop hard flooring surfaces
• Dust corners and cobwebs
• Dust workstation partitions
• Dust all chairs, including chair legs
• Clean phones
- Monthly:
• Deep clean bathroom (all surfaces, walls and floors)
• Wipe down wood doors
• Wipe and clean desks
• Dust tops of cabinets, shelving, and furniture
• Dust and clean vents
• Dust and clean baseboards
• Sanitize commercial coffee machines in kitchens
- Cleaning services shall be completed after business hours, between 4:30pm and 12am, five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday), eight (8) hours per day, holidays excepted.
- Services shall be on an as-needed basis as directed by Owner.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
