The vendor is required to provides answering services for service members, veterans, and their families (SMVF) callers in need of behavioral health, crisis and support service.
- Maintain toll free phone line services to successfully connect callers to state commitment to veterans, provide operations and maintain a 24/7 staffed warmline that connects military personnel, veterans, and their family members to support and resource connections.
- This service assists regional resource coordinators (RRC) by collecting the caller's contact information and assists in identifying the needs of the SMFV caller and then sends this information to the RRC via email.
- The warmline provider will transfer active crisis calls to 988 on a 24/7 basis
- The applicant shall provide or contract for the provision of the services listed below
-  It shall maintain local policies and procedures for the administration and prioritization of the funds, approved by the board of directors or its governmental oversight authority, and are available for review by BHA.
- Eligible applicants must:
• Target the delivery of services facilitated for individuals who identify as part of the military-connected community to include service members, veterans, and their families.
• Engage phone line service to provide toll free access to referrals and resources
• Engage 24/7 call center service to provide warmline services and connect callers to mcv for behavioral health referrals and resources.
- Provide an organizational chart outlining all applicant personnel and their related duties.
- The applicant shall include job titles and the percentage of time each individual will spend on his/her assigned tasks.
