The Vendor is required to provide for answering service for utility department.
- Current after hours call volume per month is approximately 1700 calls.
- The approximately 1700 calls account for approximately 4000 minutes a month.
- Business hours are 8am-4:30pm central standard (CST) time Monday through Friday.
- Include in its proposal an introductory statement with a narrative of its business model, its areas of expertise, an overview of past projects, a description of its legal status (corporation, LLC, etc.), the location of its headquarters, and any other general information deemed relevant.
- Other municipal customers will be identified by their name and city.
- Include a list of the specific key personnel who would be involved in the project, along with their qualifications, work history, past projects, and the part they would play in the project at hand.
