The vendor is required to provide individuals, firms, or creative teams with expertise in branding, visual identity, and logo design to support the development of a commemorative identity for the municipality’s 30th anniversary in 2025.
- A timely and cost-effective opportunity to undertake a visual refresh that can be integrated across municipal communications and events.
• A 30th anniversary design work commemorating the anniversary year.
• A refined or refreshed visual identity for the municipality, including recommendations
for color palate, logo adaptations, and supporting branding assets and embellishments.

- Objectives
• A visual refresh that supplies agency with:
o A 30th anniversary logo and colors that are visually impactful, inclusive, and reflective of agency past, present and future.
o Must create a full color version of the logo, a black version, and a white version to use on dark backgrounds.
o Design files to be provided in multiple formats (i.e.: PNG, SVG, pdf, ai, ESP, etc.) to ensure it is suitable for a variety of applications, including but not limited to:
▪ Digital use (website, social media)
▪ Print (paper materials, signage)
▪ Promotional materials (flags, apparel, etc.)
o A design toolkit- a concise internal guideline explaining how the 30th anniversary design and refreshed identity elements can be used and applied across different platforms and materials. 
o This is not a full branding manual, rather a resource that ensure the agency team applies the anniversary visual consistently.
• Ensure that all design components are accessible, adaptable across all platforms and media, and suitable for scaling to long-term municipal use.
