RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide all services for the design, fabrication and installation of wraps for vehicles, walls, and windows, as well as visual aesthetics and signage.
- provide examples of its management, marketing and operational strategies, innovation and creativity, and Its understanding of the university’s communities and objectives.
- Each proposal should include management, and service commitments, together with specific suggestions regarding communication, planning and performance. offeror will provide one primary point of contact for university.
- Quality control: mandatory requirement:
• The university expects a high-quality product that will be durable in environments with high student traffic and extreme weather conditions.
• Include detailed information on how you ensure you have necessary permissions on all items used in a design and do not encounter copyright issues on graphics or photos.
• Issues with quality including vinyl, installation, or placement issues.
- Design service: mandatory requirement:
• Design service may be requested for complete creation from beginning to end of a project
• Provide details on their design service process.  
• Describe how materials, colors, and size are determined or recommended.
• Provide a typical timeline for preparation & installation
• Describe proofing process including how many proofs are provided as part of this service and typical proofing timeline. include any fees for proofs that may be incurred as well as when these proof fees occur (i.e. university changes design, errors are found, etc.).
- Production: mandatory requirement:
• Provide an estimated production time frame once design work is completed for each product listed      below:
o Vehicle wrap
o Window wrap
o Fabric banner
o Equipment wraps
- Installation services for all wraps: mandatory requirement:
• Awarded contractor must make arrangements with a university representative prior to installing wrap(s).
• Prior to proceeding with the wrap installation, the contractor shall meet or discuss with the university marketing representative to review the area to be wrapped and receive any guidance instruction on the wrap layout
• Contractor shall be responsible for measuring, cutting out and trimming the wraps for each project and order.
• Contractor is responsible for removal of any existing vinyl or decals on the surface to be wrapped prior to installation of the wrap and shall contact the university representative prior to removal
• Contractor is responsible for cleanup of area and disposal of any trash.
• Responsible for all construction or construction-related work needing to be done on walls.
• University will inspect all installations prior to issuing payment
• Payment may be held until vendor resolves any issues with products or installation.
- Warranty:
• Provide warranty information for products and installation including for high traffic areas such as stairs, walls, windows, and vehicle wraps.
• Provide any guarantees on workmanship or materials such as the 3m certification or UASG certification.
