The Vendor is required to provide Professional Design Services for immersive graphics, branding, experiential design, and fabrication/installation services across campus facilities and projects.
- Digital story telling services used for student, athlete, faculty and staff recruitments.
- Deliverables would include: marketing materials, video production, digital signage with the intent of growing the university’s community and impact.
- Such deliverables may or may not include the use of artificial intelligence engines to generate visual representations of real or fictitious characters or situations.
- A mobile wayfinding website with augmented reality (AR) functionality to enhance campus navigation and educational engagement for students, visitors, and staff.
- This platform must integrate interactive maps, real-time directions, and AR overlays for digital renderings, ensuring seamless cross-platform compatibility and accessibility.
- Design immersive environments for research purposes, including virtual labs and simulations.
- Develop tools that facilitate data visualization and interactive experimentation.
- Ensure the research applications are adaptable to various academic disciplines and data privacy concerns.
- Professional Services: Ability to create immersive experiences with content and presentation designs in the goal of creating surroundings for engaging sensory and simulating the physical world with sight, sound, and touch.
- Firms must demonstrate expertise in user-centered design, AR technology, and largescale project coordination, with proposals addressing cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and alignment with the university brand standards as structured by the respective trademarks & licensing groups.
