RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide support with statewide, regional, and local-level behavioral health data collection, analysis, and evaluation through various survey tools.
- This partnership has broadened prevention efforts to encompass substance abuse prevention and mental health promotion, education, and awareness, thereby increasing the availability of resources to adequately fund local-level prevention and promotion strategic plans.
- Capacity for behavioral health data collection and analysis:
• Contractor will ensure that behavioral health prevention and archival data is collected, aggregated, and analyzed for assessment, planning, and evaluation at statewide, regional, and community levels.
• Contractor will meet the data collection, tracking, and reporting requirements for the agency block grant, youth/student, and young adult surveys, agency, and the national outcome measures (NOMS).
- Training, consultation, and technical assistance capacity:
• Contractor will provide training, consultation, and technical assistance to grantees, non-grantees, agency partners, and prevention staff.
• Contractor will assist with collecting, entering, accessing, and understanding information in the community documentation system.
• Accommodating disparities in learning styles and varying levels of subject background or education.
- Data collection for quality services:
• Contractor will complete data collection and tracking requirements that will assist agency in evaluating and ensuring the quality of services provided by all agency contractors.
- Understanding of collaborative partnership:
• Contractor will maintain a collaborative partnership necessary between agency and the agency contractors.
- Experience with marginalized communities:
• Contractor will use partnerships and connections to work with disparate or marginalized communities, including those in frontier/rural areas or tribal agencies/communities.
- Potential challenges and barriers:
• Contractor will identify any potential challenges or barriers and propose methods to address them with agency.
