The Vendor is required to provide for a cloud-based, recognition and reward platform to enhance employee engagement, improve workplace culture, and align recognition with institutional values.
- The platform should support a dynamic and interactive employee recognition system that enables peer-to-peer and manager-led acknowledgments, integrates with existing systems, including city banner and Microsoft teams, and provides actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
- Enhance employee engagement and motivation.

- Services include:
• Design, configure, and deploy a fully functional and tested recognition and reward platform.
• Provide a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile devices.
• Ensure integration with HRIS (city banner) and communication tools (Microsoft outlook & teams).
• Offer customization to align recognition features with university culture and branding.
• Implement gamification elements which can be customizable such as leaderboards, badges, points, and milestone tracking.
• Support multiple recognition, in both a social recognition feed and private 1:1 recognition option.
• Provide the option for automated emails, including work anniversary emails, alerting both employees and supervisors of the milestone.
• Enable monetary and non-monetary rewards with a flexible reward/gift card catalog.
• Provide the option to make nominations (e.g., employee of the month, outstanding achievement awards) on the platform.
• Allow for multiple groups to be created within the main recognition platform (ex: custom group for the college of science and others) to allow for enhanced recognition at the local and university level.
• Ensure data security, compliance with privacy regulations, and role-based access control.
• Deliver robust analytics and reporting capabilities for tracking engagement and participation.
• Provide user guides, training materials and sessions (train the trainer, system demos both virtual and recorded), administrative documentation, and support during implementation and throughout the service time.
• Optional: allowance for data storage during subscription period.
• Optional: nomination and scoring suite:
1. Ability to assign committee members to complete anonymous scoring and/or voting with the use of customized rubrics.
2. Ability to submit nominations and create awards.
• Optional: integrated service award program (5+ years of service recognition and gift program).
• Optional: integration with cornerstone (county mason’s learning and performance management platform).
