The vendor is required to provide enrollment strategy and communication marketing services for all mines prospective undergraduate student search, inquiry and yield campaigns (“services”). strategy and creative development and implementation of services must begin no later than July 2025 for the fall 2025 semester.

• Proposed solution must be with deconvolution’s constituent relationship management platform, slate, which is mines’ platform for admissions and enrollment management.
• Preferred technical requirement: native use of slate for creative marketing.
• Minimum technical requirement: slate data integration and experience with slate clients

a. Web writing and support services may include the following:
• Social media campaigns across various platforms (twitter, meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Website-based writing
• Support for search engine optimization (SEO)
• Identification of target audiences
• Performance of competitor analyses
• Work with the admissions team to review and optimize campaign performances.
