The vendor is required to provide photography services for the district’s youth basketball, youth flag football, youth soccer, youth t-ball, and youth volleyball league picture days.
- Include for services:
1. Scheduling picture days
• The designated point of contact within the photography company will actively communicate and work with the agency sports section to secure the necessary dates required for the youth sports leagues’ picture days.
2. Managing picture day logistics
• The photography company will be responsible for coordinating day-of logistics for all picture days.
• The photography company will need to provide sufficient materials and staff to successfully accommodate the different sizes of each league.
3. Picture package specifications
• One (1) 5” x 7” team photo with an agency logo header.
• One (1) 3’” x 5” individual photo with an agency logo header.
• An additional 5” x 7” team photo should be included free of charge for each coach - up to three (3) per team.
• T-ball league will also include one (1) additional photo per team, for the team sponsor.
