RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide brand research and analysis services includes:
• Conducting various research studies, including qualitative, quantitative, mixed methods, and historical, to evaluate brand perception, awareness, and equity among target audience segments and stakeholder groups.
• Designing and executing customized, ad hoc research tailored to the university's unique requirements.
• Evaluating the performance and effectiveness of communication and marketing efforts in alignment with the university's strategic priorities.
• Developing benchmarks, providing market and competitor insights, and proposing data driven solutions using market research.
• Assisting in the creation of detailed target audience personas.
• Analyzing existing data to uncover trends and opportunities for strategic improvement.
• Delivering thorough analysis and actionable recommendations, including executive summaries, white papers, and presentations as required.
- The selected partner will also demonstrate:
• Mechanisms utilized for ensuring data integrity and accurate responses.
• A track record of effectively analyzing large data sets.
• The ability to leverage advanced technology, like predictive analytics, consumer sentiment tools, and artificial intelligence (AI) to offer deeper insights.
