The vendor is required to provide for providing evidence-based treatment for adult participants in family treatment court and youth participants in juvenile drug court who have been assessed to have a substance use disorder.
• Provide license, certification(s) and other required documentation to ensure they possess the training, skills and knowledge to provide group and/or individual evidence-based services.
• Conduct weekly substance use treatment and prevention groups for youth and adult participants.
• Be responsible for administering assessments to determine a participant’s level of care that aligns with the american society of addiction medicine (ASAM) criteria.
• Attend weekly and bi-weekly court staffing and review hearings.
• Attend treatment team meetings as scheduled.
• Document group schedules, participant attendance and notes in the Connexis case management system weekly.
• Attend council of accountability court judges (CACJ) trainings as required.
• Project submit monthly invoices to the program administrator by the 5th day of the month for services rendered.
