The vendor is required to provide level of service and case management inventory (Ls/CMI) and the women’s risk needs assessment (WRNA) for all individuals placed on adult community corrections supervision.
- The training, coaching, and certification of the ls/cmi and WRNA have been completed by the department staff development unit.
- The training proposal shall include a coaching and feedback component to effectively certify all staff in the administration of the risk assessments mentioned above.
- Adult community corrections: an agency providing adult supervision services for felony convictions.
- Intensive supervision officer (iso): an officer from community corrections or any other individual authorized to supervise an adult.
- Level service and case management inventory (LS/CMI): a risk assessment tool that allows assessors to objectively assess risk and match the adult male to the appropriate dosage of intervention.
- Women’s risk needs assessment (WRNA): a risk assessment tool that allows assessors to objectively assess risk and match the female to the appropriate dosage of intervention.
- The successful bidder shall:
• Accept any adult community corrections staff for registration.
• Be responsible for registration and any follow up correspondence regarding the certification process.
• Be responsible for locating and booking all training and meeting locations/on-line environments.
• Be responsible for any travel or financial incurrences.
• Provide training to fidelity while adhering to approved curriculum on the LS/CMI.
• Provide training to fidelity while adhering to approved curriculum on the WRNA.
• Provide all training materials and resources.
• Be responsible for all grading and the review of any homework submission.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback throughout until certification is obtained.
• Provide any data requested by department regarding the certification process.
• Provide any updates requested by department regarding the certification process.
