• Review product proofs from supplier.
• Approve product proofs from suppliers.
• Initiate production for all items.
- Early April 2025:

- Mid-April 2025:
• Finalize packaging and prepare items for delivery/distribution.
- Late April 2025:
• Ensure all items are delivered to the designated event location or distribution center.
• confirm all product has been received in good order.
