The vendor is required to provide to audit its financial statements for three fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, with the option of extension for up to two additional fiscal years.
- The auditor to express an opinion on the fair presentation of its general-purpose financial statements in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles.
- The auditor is not required to audit the required supplementary information (RSI), combining and individual fund and financial statements and supporting schedules.
- The auditor is to provide an "in-relation-to" report on these statements and supporting schedules based on the auditing procedures applied during the audit of the basic financial statements.
- The auditor is not required to audit the statistical section of the report.
- The single audit report will include an appropriate schedule of expenditures of federal awards, footnotes, findings and questioned costs, including reportable conditions and material weaknesses, and follow up on prior audit findings where required.
- The audit firm shall perform agreed-upon auditing procedures pertaining to the city’s GANN limit (appropriations limit) and render a letter annually to the city regarding compliance.
