The Vendor is required to provide for audio visual services for commencement ceremonies at the county campus.
- Services are to include audio visual equipment and labor to produce high quality display, broadcast, and recording of each ceremony.
- Provide a 16:9 rear projection screen, minimum 15’x20’ with 15k-20k lumen rear projection.
- Area from screen to projector is 20’ (this area must be used for projector(s), scaffolding, and screen).
- Black drapery for screen for 12’ from each side.
- Provide two camera shots.
- One will be from the side of the arena and the other from the back of the arena which will require a sports lens.
- Provide live technical direction from commencement script and on the fly.
- Provide a 32-channel audio mixing board.
- Provide black drapery around audio mixing board.
- Provide black drapery on bleacher railing near stage.
- Provide four speakers with power amplification.
- Two speakers will be used as monitors for the stage party, two speakers will be used in back of arena.
- Provide choir/band overhead microphone.
- Provide three lectern microphones.
- Two will attach to on stage lecterns, one will be used on tabletop.
- Provide live audio technician.
- Provide digital recordings of every ceremony
- Provide a live audio video feed via HDMI for live streaming which will be conducted by university staff.
- Perform setup on Wednesday prior to the event.
- Be setup and ready to test the entire system for rehearsal on Thursday.
- Perform three ceremonies on Friday and two - three ceremonies on Saturday.
- Perform teardown and cleanup following the last ceremony on Saturday.
- Provide all personnel and labor for the setup, rehearsal, ceremonies, and teardown.
- Must be available to provide services for December 12-13, 2025 and may 08-09, 2026.
