The vendor is required to provide and implementation and integration of an automated absence reporting system for school personnel and substitute placement.
-Also, developing, building, and implementing an effective substitute management system to assist agency in our goals of implementing a system that is robust and efficient, and offers flexibility in deploying substitutes and in report creation.
-System also provide:
•Access to users 24/7, 365 days a year
•Ability to create, fulfill, modify and cancel substitute requests from teachers and paraprofessionals in real time
•Individual absence tracking via unique identifiers
•Specialized system access for varying user groups - school leaders, central office user, teachers, paraprofessionals and substitutes
•Ability to identify skill level for substitutes based upon job title
•Ability to match the appropriate substitute by skill level to the absent employee and automatically call them
•Ability to restrict substitutes to seeing/accepting jobs for which they are qualified
•Ability to communicate with users within and outside the system via phone and email
•Ability for school leaders and substitutes to prioritize favorite locations and substitutes.
•Ability to provide feedback to and from school leaders and substitutes within the system
•Ability to integrate with existing agency existing IT solutions - workforce central and people soft
