The Vendor is required to provide auditors to review and assess our construction and contract services.
- The services in the on-call agreement may include:
• Reviewing and analyzing contractor financial information
• Verifying and reconciling of contractors cost calculations against contract terms
• Developing daily field and office overhead calculations
• Testing labor records against labor cost reports
• Determining the extent of actual labor, material, or equipment cost overruns
• Change order analysis and pricing analysis
• Labor distribution studies
• Conducting subcontract analysis
• Reconciling project expenditures
• Bonds and insurance analysis
• Review of controls
• Construction or design related claim analyses.
