The vendor is required to provide that collection maintenance system for preparing and revising the cost loaded construction schedule used for planning and managing construction activities.
- Equipment furnished under these specifications shall include the cost of a competent representative of the manufacturers of all equipment to supervise the installation of the materials and equipment.
- Supervision may be divided into two or more time periods as required by the installation program or as directed by the officer-in charge.

- The system must include all wiring, raceways, pull boxes, terminal cabinets, outlet and mounting boxes, control equipment, alarm, and supervisory signal initiating devices, alarm notification appliances, and all other accessories and miscellaneous items required for a complete operating system even though each item is not specifically mentioned or described.
- The system layout on the drawings is conceptual.
- A single fire alarm control panel is indicated with fire alarm power extender panels.
- Equipment, materials, installation, workmanship, inspection, and testing must be in strict accordance with the required and advisory provisions of building and fire codes, unless expressly modified herein.
- Budget:
• These instruments may be utilized only to a maximum of $250,000.00.
• The required security amount totals over $250,000.00, more than one instrument not exceeding $250,000.00 each and issued by different financial institutions shall be accepted.
