The vendor is required to provide consulting firm/team (The “Firm”) to conduct a thorough review of its transit operations and administration.
- Activities will include, but are not limited to, the organization, facilitation, and documentation of all project meetings; managing and directing Firm members and any sub consultants; providing regular progress reports; general administration such as invoicing; the establishment and upkeep of a SharePoint site; and ensuring that tasks and deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and within scope.
- To uncover ways to enhance efficiency and streamline costs in order to solve projected budget shortfalls; and
- To review the Transit Master Plan and identify scenarios aligning plan recommendations with current and future economic projections - Contract Period/Term: 3 years
