RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide acquire a software-as-a-service (SaaS) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tailored to higher education institutions and designed for ease of use by both technical and non-technical users.
- The system will be used to track service requests and the associated resources for all college campuses, provide maintenance and service records for assets, provide a central location for reporting on work being requested and performed and support the needs of facilities management operations.
- The college operates in a Microsoft windows environment.
- Infrastructure includes wired and wireless networks on all campuses serviced by redundant data links for internet connectivity.
- End users employ MS windows, apple, android and chrome devices both on and off campus for access to digital resources.
- The current SaaS product allows customers to submit a work request, the facilities team to review the request and create a work order that is assigned to the proper technician.
- Work order volume varies during the class session but average 150-300 per month.
