The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive customer service training for city employees.
- This training is to enhance the quality of service provided to our residents and visitors, ensuring a positive experience in all interactions with city staff.
- As part of our ongoing efforts to improve customer satisfaction, we recognize the need for a structured training program that equips our employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively engage with the public with professionalism and empathy.
- Developing a tailored customer service training program that addresses the specific needs of city employees including but not limited to:
• The importance of customer service
• Communication skills
• Dealing with difficult situations
• Problem-solving techniques
• Building a team-centric approach
- Conducting training sessions for various departments within the city, including but not limited to, public works, parks and recreation, and administrative services.
- Providing training materials and resources for ongoing employee development.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of the training program through feedback and assessments.
- All training sessions will be in person.
