The vendor is required to provide by cyber risk management platform.
- Integrate with service now, in end-to-end fashion, for the purposes of:
• Risk work planning
• Risk mitigation assignment
• Configuration management database correlation
• Risk ownership
• Risk reporting
- Products must integrate with TPRM (third party risk management) products (like security scorecard).
- Integrate or ingest data from data classification (spirion) systems.
- Integrate or ingest data from identity and access management platforms (sail point identity now)
- Integrate or ingest data from data access management platforms (sail point das/fam)
- Provide robust and configurable reporting and dash boarding of all identified risk to include heat maps, charts, graphs etc.
- Future integration (within 12 months) with zscaler’s products as an additional data point to identify risk.
- Provide installation and integration services.
- Supplier must partner with parkland information security and risk management leadership to mature the use of the product based on best practices and industry trends while also considering current threat actor activities
- Supplier must offer maintenance services, where applicable.
- Supplier must meet certain service level agreements / quality indicators.  (Service turnaround times, product fill rates, delivery shipping temperature maintenance, equipment or system up-time guarantees).
