The vendor is required to provide strategic planning and campaign development and execution for direct mail and digital campaigns to targeted segments within agency designated budget and who can provide the best return on investment.
- Full-service direct marketing agency to assist in annual fund-raising efforts with multiplatform direct marketing services, including strategic planning and full implementation of four (4) annual direct response campaigns per fiscal year, integrated digital strategic planning and implementation, monthly donor renewal strategies, and implementation.
- This includes design of outer envelopes, letters, response devices, response envelopes, website landing page, and strategies to launch an integrated, targeted digital campaign that includes acquisition, retention, upgrades, and renewals using online platforms.
- The technology and expertise to provide campaign strategic planning, database analytics, integration of direct mail and digital marketing strategies, a/b testing, digital analytics, and planning strategies.

• Provide needs assessment, strategic planning, testing, copywriting, and design for integrated digital fundraising campaigns.
• Write, design, deploy, and test e-solicitations.
• Develop retargeting campaigns to lift direct mail results.
• Maximize google ad grant, which may be implemented in the future.

• Provide a media plan with strategic recommendations that combine the appropriate media mix to achieve optimum outcomes from the advertising campaigns as outlined and approved by agency in the project service order (PSO) process.
• The contractor must provide strategy or analysis as directed by agency.
