The vendor is required to provide to assist agency with document management services for documents currently housed in our legacy systems.  
- The migration of documents from agency legacy IBM content manager on-demand system into OpenText content suite platform cloud edition by the end of 2025.
- Service provider shall have documented operating procedures including as they relate to:
• Change management;
• Patch management;
• Vulnerability management;
• System monitoring and logging;
• Capacity management;
• Configuration management;
• Incident management;
• Separation of operational environments (development, testing and production);
• Backup and recovery; and
• Secure coding and development.
