The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive donor experience officer solution, including communication tools and mass portfolio management for our university.
- Services include:
1. Donor experience officer system that includes:
• Mass donor portfolio management
• Cadence building functionality and automated reminders/messaging
• Communications channels and tracking
• Data management and CRM integration
2. Built-in communication channels including text messaging, video messages, etc.
3. System maintenance and updates
• Regular maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of the DXO system.
• Ensuring the system is up-to-date with the latest regulations and industry standards.
- Software Functionality:
1. Mass portfolio management tools including cadence building, action tracks, and moves management
• Prospect List Building and Hand-Off Functionality
• Prospect stage tracking and reporting
• List building and segmentation capabilities
• Visit/Trip Planning functionality
- Support Post Go-Live
• Supplier shall provide customer service support on a 24/7/365 basis.
• Emergency technical support must be available by phone and/or email 24/7/365 for downed or inoperable cloud or software systems.
- Security Requirements:
• Single Sign-On Functionality (SSO) - Must interface with Okta (SAML)
• Suppliers should demonstrate regular, third-party monitoring of all systems and tiers and review of all security procedures.
- Integration with Raiser's Edge NXT (Native, 2-way data sharing)
• The system has to be able to manage data capacity of over (record threshold) 500,000.
• Able to sync this data
- Other IT Requirements
• System must be a cloud-based service.
1. Supplier system must work across the current and past 2-3 versions of Edge, Safari, Chrome, and Firefox (at a minimum) and be ADA accessible on browsers (provide proof of WCAG 2.1 compliance).
