RFP Description

The Vendor is required to provide educational consultation services are needed to provide expertise not available within the district to provide education policy, services, testing, trends, and other education related issues on an as needed basis.
- Preparing and conducting seminars for educational professionals including teachers and administrators, community, and business representatives. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Developing educational curriculum or related documents. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Developing, editing, or reviewing educational assessment questions, forms, items and tools. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Advising teachers, school administrators, and school boards on any new educational strategies. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Provide insight to various school officials on ways to improve existing educational techniques or school policies. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Analyzing data sets and advising educators about changes that can be made to curriculums to increase student engagement. Not to exceed $3,500 per day
- Provide cd-12th grade school and district professional development for all areas including, but not limited to, core content areas, special education, ESOL, fine arts, physical education, counseling, gifted and talented, career and technical areas, and stem. This may also include preparing and conducting seminars or giving speeches at districtwide conferences or meetings for educational professionals and community representatives. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Provide on-site and virtual, professional development. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Provide parenting strategies for students in grades k-12 that empowers parents with practical strategies and rational stories to cultivate resilience and self-esteem in their children. Not to exceed $3,000 per day
- Provide sessions to integrate children’s literature across content areas; hands-on steam strategies that will develop creative, critical thinking for the students. Not to exceed $3,500 per day.
- Provide a blended program to explore how AI affects education and allows participants to understand how to use AI effectively in schools; to include workshop(s), online classes, and group projects. Not to exceed $5,000 per day
- literacy professional development for early/elementary students; school based individualized literacy professional learning sessions, onsite visits, data-based instruction, side-by-side coaching, model lessons, co-teaching, and collaborating and reflecting with teachers on classroom instruction. Not to exceed $2,500 per day
- Principal mentor to provide professional development plan and monitor progress, provide one-on-one mentorship sessions, and assist with developing the knowledge, skills, and confidence necessary to succeed in their leadership roles. Not to exceed $2,500 per day
- Provide a partnership pilot to include site license and professional development.
- Site license not to exceed $2000 per day and PD not to exceed $4,250 per day.
