The Vendor is required to provide employee and retiree benefits brokerage and/or consulting services for plans.
- Current employee benefit offerings to approximately 375 enrolled employees totaling around 850 individuals (family members included):
• Medical & prescription
• Flexible spending account (FSA)
• Health reimbursement arrangement (HRA)
• Dental
• Employee assistance program (EAP)
• Group life and group short term disability (county paid)
• Voluntary life, short term disability & long term disability (employee paid)
- Current retirees by plan:
• Open access: 5 (coverage outside country- nationwide coverage, under 65)
• Medicomp iii- without prescription 14 (alternative to medicare advantage plan)
• Medicare advantage- 124
• Access blue plans- 45 (the rest of the population, under 65 but local)
• Dental - 55
• Retiree billing services for above are desired.
