RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide to consult on, design, and implement employee engagement climate surveys and pulse surveys.
- The firm must interpret results clearly, provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, and offer in-platform resources for action items.
- Include for services:
1. Reporting
• Provide immediate data downloads at the conclusion of an active survey.
• Deliver relevant industry benchmark comparisons and flexible reporting, allowing for in-depth analysis by organization, division, department, teams, tenure, demographic information, and other key data points.
• Ensure straightforward data retrieval, providing reliable results that can be confidently interpreted and communicated.
2. Survey design
• Guarantee a design that is highly valid and statistically robust, with questions grounded in proven research.
• Deliver a mobile version of the surveys that meets ADA accessibility standards.
• Empower users to monitor survey results and progress in real time throughout the survey period.
• Provide strategic recommendations for crafting survey questions and optimizing the timing of survey distribution.
• Emphasize considerations such as the optimal number of questions, clarity of language for a diverse audience, and appropriate formatting to enhance respondent engagement and data quality.
3. Support
• Drive high participation rates through advised effective communication strategies.
• Ensure sustainability and flexibility by allowing the survey to be repeated and facilitating multiple pulse check surveys to gauge progress and the effectiveness of action items.
• Summarize and interpret results decisively while providing actionable recommendations to enhance engagement at agency.
• Identify key drivers of employee engagement, enabling a focused approach to action plans based on measured results and offering essential follow-up tools, resources (within the platform), and support for successful implementation.
• Deliver comprehensive training to program manager or designees on the platform to ensure users are fully equipped.
• Develop a range of heat maps and matrix visualizations to facilitate the analysis of survey responses, enabling deeper insights into data patterns and trends.
- The contractor, at all times while onsite at the authority's facilities or remotely accessing the authority's systems or facilities (including authority electronic property).
