The vendor is required to provide excess workers’ compensation insurance for the city.
- The claims adjuster assigned to this account shall have a minimum of five years’ responsible claims examining experience with emphasis in examining indemnity, litigated and vocational rehabilitation claims.
- The servicing staff must have five years’ experience with public entities handling safety, health, and industrial hygiene; and be familiar with agency codes, standards, rules and regulations.
- Excess specific workers' compensation with statutory limits in excess of a $600,000, $750,000, or $750,000 self-insured retention.
- $1 Million limit, each accident or employee for employer's liability.
