The Vendor is required to provide executive leadership training and support assistance in enhancing the leadership capabilities of its cabinet-level administrators, developing group cohesiveness.
- Provider will support the superintendent and executive cabinet with coaching and strategic planning efforts to transform the district into a high-functioning educational system.
- Executive leadership coaching & development:
• One-on-one and team coaching for the superintendent and cabinet-level administrators.
• Leadership development training focused on decision-making, strategic planning, and organizational management.
- Group cohesiveness & capacity building:
• Facilitate team-building sessions to enhance collaboration and effectiveness among district leaders.
- Strategic planning & district transformation:
• Assist in creating and implementing a strategic plan to transition the district from distress to high functionality.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure successful execution and sustainability of the plan.
