The vendor is required to provide that executive search and recruitment services including but not limited to:
• Develop and execute a recruitment plan tailored to executive-level roles.
• Conduct a nationwide search from diverse and high-quality talent pools.
• Handle all aspects of advertising and promotion for executive search positions.
• Develop a position profile and advertising plan based on previous successes with similar clients
and positions.
• Vet qualified candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Coordinate and conduct initial interviews, background checks, and reference verifications.
• Screen potential candidates and identify the top three to five applicants to agency for review.
• Assist in the final selection of the selected candidates.
• Coordinate efforts with the agency search committee and provide weekly progress reports
throughout the term of the specific search.
- Recruitment phase
1. Recruitment planning and development
• Understand the hiring needs and job requirements for the executive positions.
• Develop a customized recruitment strategy.
• Create detailed job descriptions and qualifications criteria.
2. Candidate sourcing
• Manage advertising and promotion for open positions.
• Solicit input from agency through electronic or other means to understand the role, responsibilities, qualifications, and appropriate experience required for the position.
3. Screening and evaluation
• Review applications and conduct initial screening interviews.
• Assess candidates based on qualifications, leadership competencies, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
4. Interview and selection support
• Present a list of qualified candidates with detailed evaluation reports.
• Coordinate with agency input and design while finalizing the interview process, interview questions, scheduling.
• Interviews will be held via microsoft teams; should agency require an in-person interview, firm will coordinate travel with the candidate and agency.
• Debrief with agency following interviews and consider additional candidates, if required.
• Provide guidance and support with the final selection process.
• Assist in developing an offer, negotiation and placement for the selected candidate.
• Advise on compensation based on industry standards.
• Facilitate a smooth transition and onboarding process.
• Notify candidates who are not selected
- Post-recruitment phase
1. Following candidate placement, selected firms will provide post-recruitment support including:
• Helping new hires integrate into their new roles.
• Conducting periodic check-ins with both the new hire and hiring organization to ensure a successful transition and address any concerns.
2. Candidate guarantee and replacement policy:
• Reinitiate additional executive search, at no fee to agency, if the successful candidate leaves the employment of agency within one year of placement.
• Provide replacement executive search services at no additional cost for any failed executive search services if for any reason agency does not select a candidate.
