The vendor is required to provide professional auditing services, and on an as-needed basis, for the county.
- The county improvement authority (MCIA), and the county improvement authority for financial modeling for solar energy programs (MCIA-SEP) in the areas of debt issuance, management, analysis and structure, including but not limited to the following:
• Assist in selecting underwriter(s), if needed, for financings
• Structure and provide financing input related to energy programs
• Review pricing and fee structure offered by underwriter(s) (if negotiated)
• Assist in determining structure and timing for sale
• Sec secondary market disclosure compliance
• Assist in preparing and reviewing all documents necessary for financing transactions including but not limited to:
1. Pos
2. OS
3. Bid form
4. LFB applications
5. All closing documents
6. Program documents
• Assist in coordinating lease transactions for school boards and municipalities with the lessor bank, as part of the MCIA guaranteed leasing program
• All MCIA meetings which are held once per month, and be available for any additional meetings on an as needed basis
• Be available to answer questions related to all financings.
