The vendor is required to provide professional services to the county focusing on consulting and assistance under title iv-d for time billing and services as is it relates to the county’s combined cooperative reimbursement program (CRP) contract between friend of the court and prosecuting attorney and the state.
- Include for services:
• Assist with title iv-d contracts on funding applications, amendments, line-item transfers, estimated billings, obligation reports and contract submissions through EGrAMS.
• Assist with reporting and accounting requirements listed in EGrAMS such as user verification report, tax data confidentiality report and birth registry systems, as required under title iv-d.
• Assist with uploading and completion of title iv-d monthly invoices, claims, billing submission, billing revisions and allocation with supporting documentation, including account distribution breakdowns.
• Maintain supporting documentation as required by law.
• Collect, analyze, assist with and process data on staffing daily time documentation through use of personal activity reports (pars).
• Advise the county in accounting of staffing time management for iv-d billing.
• Provide consultation on maximizing iv-d funding with revenues and recoupments.
• Assist with budget estimates and projections with preparing, presenting and amending as required.
• Provide support with iv-d cooperative reimbursement program audits and reporting requirements to ensure the county complies with state and federal policies under iv-d program.
• Serve as a liaison between office of child support and the county on iv-d billing, as needed.
