RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide a variety of vinyl graphic products and services as outlined in this solicitation for 1gpa cooperative members (members) as needed.
- Vinyl graphic solutions may include, but are not limited to:
• Fleet vehicle wraps – full and partial solid wraps, decals, and lettering for cars, vans, buses, and trucks.
• Wall murals and building graphics – large-format vinyl applied to interior and exterior surfaces such as painted drywall, concrete, cinder block, and other common building materials.
• Window graphics – perforated and non-perforated vinyl installed on glass for branding, privacy, or decorative enhancements.
• Floor graphics and wayfinding – durable, slip resistant vinyl for branding, directional signage, and safety messaging.
• Event signage and promotional products – temporary or reusable vinyl signage including banners, podium wraps, kiosk panels, and branded displays.
• Specialty projects – custom applications using reflective, translucent, textured, contour-cut, and other specialized finishes.
• Accessories and finishing options – grommets, pole pockets, hemming, mounting hardware, and other installation or display components.
- General requirements
• Contractor shall adhere to all federal, state, county and municipal government regulations, ordinances, and industry standards and codes as applicable.
• Contractor is responsible for all costs associated with completing the services listed herein, including all operating and overhead costs.
• Contractor shall adhere to all manufacturer recommendations to not void any applicable warranties.
• All materials and workmanship shall reflect industry best practices and be appropriate for the intended surface, environment, and application.
• Installation and removal services shall be performed by trained, experienced, and certified vinyl graphics professionals.
• Vinyl materials must be long-lasting, UV-resistant, weatherproof, and capable of maintaining colorfastness and adhesion throughout the intended duration of use.
- Design and production
• Develop design concepts, layouts and material recommendations based on provided dimensions, site conditions, and project requirements.
• Provide digital or pdf proofs and mock-ups for approval prior to fabrication.
• Ensure color accuracy and adherence to brand-specific color palette guidelines, including pantone matching system (PMS) and/or CMYK values, as specified by the member.
• Execute high-quality printing, precision cutting, and finishing techniques using professional-grade equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary artwork and designs, and shall not replicate or reuse without written permission.
- Installation, removal and repair
• Installation and removal services shall be performed by trained and experienced vinyl graphics professionals
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and conditions that may affect application.
• Perform appropriate surface preparation and cleaning before applying vinyl graphics.
• Application shall ensure proper alignment and adhesion, free from bubbles, wrinkles, creases, or visible defects.
• Conduct post-installation inspection to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
• Provide instructions outlining acceptable cleaning methods and maintenance recommendations to preserve the integrity of the vinyl graphics.
• Removal services shall be conducted in a manner that avoids damage to underlying surfaces.
• Provide repair or touch-up services ensuring all work blends seamlessly with the original installation and maintains material integrity.
