The vendor is required to provide hazardous waste collection and disposal services for a professional, integrated field and industrial services provider to deliver cost-effective and time-saving disposal of unneeded, out-of-date, or unknown chemicals safely and legally.
- Waste management needs may include any waste in small containers, small quantities of large containers, as well as organic peroxides, unknowns, PCB materials, monitors and electronic equipment, compressed cylinders, and universal waste (batteries, light bulbs, aerosol cans and mercury containing articles).
- Less often, waste is generated during laboratory closures, lab cleanouts, and spill incidents.
- Interested vendors consider measures that will reduce costs when small volumes of hazardous waste are generated.
