- The MSP will support and manage a total of 133 windows virtual machines, ensuring provided:
• Monitoring and maintenance of VM performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
- Linux virtual machines
- The MSP will support and manage 2 Linux virtual machines, ensuring the following services are provided:
• Monitoring and maintenance of VM performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Technical support and troubleshooting. - Physical windows servers
- The MSP will support and manage 7 physical windows servers, ensuring the following services are provided:
• Monitoring and management of server performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Technical support and troubleshooting. - Physical Linux servers
- The MSP will support and manage 21 physical Linux servers, ensuring the following services are provided:
• Monitoring and management of server performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
- Active directory (ad) domain
- The MSP will support and manage one ad domain, ensuring the following services are provided:
• User account management (creation, modification, and deletion).
• Group policy management.
• Security and compliance management.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Backup and disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
- Windows mobile workstations (MDCS)
- The MSP will support and manage a total of 2050 windows virtual machines, ensuring the following services are provided:
• Monitoring and maintenance of workstation performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain either an external or internal modem for connectivity to the cellular network.
- Windows fixed location workstations (cad & mugshot)
- The MSP will support and manage a total of 350 windows workstations, ensuring the following services are provided:
• Monitoring and maintenance of workstation performance, availability, and capacity.
• Regular updates and patch management.
• Security management, including antivirus and malware protection.
• Technical support and troubleshooting.
- Support and helpdesk
• 24/7/365 remote support for users and devices.
• On-site support as needed (especially in remote areas or counties).
• Regular monitoring of device health, performance, and connectivity (especially in mobile environments).
