The Vendor is required to provide information on an internal IT asset inventory system that integrates with Workday, our current HR, business, and finance system.

2. IT asset inventory & order tracking
• Inventory management: track serial-numbered assets, monitor stock quantities, and prepare stock items before receiving.
• Order fulfillment: manage order fulfillment processes with options for pre-fulfillment and tracking status updates.
• Cataloging: store SKUS, POS, and line items from workday’s ISD to automate additions and streamline procurement.
• Label printing: print labels for easy identification and tracking.
3. Detailed tracking capabilities
• Statuses: use predefined status options such as "new" (unfulfilled), "pending" (waiting to be received), and "complete."
• Data storage and import: import legacy data from our previous system to ensure continuity.
• Editable orders: adjust auto-populated information on orders as needed.
4. Search and reporting capabilities
• Search functions: search by various identifiers, such as ISD (workday), serial number, team dynamix (TDX) ticket number, person, and PO number.
• Custom reporting: self-service reporting options based on custom search fields to support data-driven insights.
