The vendor is required to provide information technology (IT) asset recovery services for the county in an attempt to maximize the value of equipment scheduled for replacement.
- Available Lots
- The county will make the following information available to qualified firms for each bid being solicited.
• Lot id
• Lot photo
• Tabulated equipment list including
1. Make
2. Model
3. Serial number
4. Year or purchase or service date
- Lot bid process
• Available lots will be communicated to pre-qualified firms with a defined closing date of 14 days.
• Questions may be considered until the closing date but have no guarantee of being answered.
• All submitted bids from vendors will provide a line-item unit price and total and will be considered final once received.
• Bids must be made on the entire lot offered to reduce labor and handling on the part of county staff.
- Assets
• The county will strive to include only assets last known to be in working condition, however all assets sold will be as-is with no per unit testing consideration or return value on a per unit basis.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
