The Vendor is required to provide for equipment relocation/moving services for the migration of server and network infrastructure from district current data center to a new location.
- District current location is off of C-470 and Santa Fe and the new location will be within 10 miles of this location.
- The relocation provider will need to assess, package, load, transport, unload, un-package, and provide removal of all relocation materials.
- The Provider or its subcontractor must validate district data center hardware relocation criteria to ensure no breach or risk of breaking existing maintenance and support agreements between district and the hardware vendor – i.e. storage appliances, etc.
- The Provider must describe contingency plans and associated costs if any district property is damaged during handling and/or transport.
- This should include insurance coverage, like hardware, software replacement, and timeline for replacement, presented before the time of award and to be approved by district.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
