RFP Description

The vendor is required to provide technology support services for its public housing, choice voucher program, resident services, resident council and central office technical support needs.
- Network administration and system maintenance, including remote network and monitoring of servers and PC for 3 locations
- Documenting network configurations and procedures
- Managing users and network security.
- Ticket escalation with steps to resolution.
- Maintaining up to 52 desktop or laptop computers.
- Maintain microsoft office products, including m365 services.
- Installing and configuring workstations, applications and internet access
- Maintaining HP ProLiant ml350 g10 server with ad, file and print services
- Managing and configuring server resources, database server, SQL servers to ensure stable operation.
- Ensure security and protection of all systems in environment, installing and administering corporate centrally managed EDR protection, DNS filtering, application whitelisting, and active threat hunting programs.
- Ensure gateway protection through firewall devices (SonicWALL), including, but not limited to, network/web/application filters of outbound and inbound data, malware definitions and intrusion prevention and monitoring.
- Ensure business continuity by implementing a robust data backup and continuity solution that guarantees the security, integrity, and availability of sha’s critical information.
- This solution must ensure that data remains protected, routinely backed up, and readily accessible, even in the event of a network failure or disaster
- Conduct cyber-security awareness training for agency – such services shall include, but are not limited to annual training sessions; weekly micro-trainings; quarterly phishing attacks simulations; and monthly reporting.
- Additional requirements
• Maintaining/vendor management of TeleVoIPs VoIP phone system including set up of answering systems, recordings, updates, etc.
• Maintaining SHFC website and ADA compliance.
• Vendor management of PHA-web, technical vendors.
• Periodic on‐site maintenance and troubleshooting, software/computer replacement and regular computer maintenance until all issues are resolved.
• Emergency and after-hours support.
• Evaluating the need for network/pc upgrades (hardware and software) and installing new network/pc components.
• Recommending courses or training users internally on use of client software.
• Work with current software vendor’s support teams; assist with maintenance/upgrade projects.
• Gaining a better understanding of potential corporate network vulnerabilities that may be visible from the internet.
• Recommendations for the future expansion of computer upgrades (i.e. hardware and software) to enhance stakeholder’s interaction and increase operability of the technology.
• Recommendations to the president and CEO or designee concerning possibilities for cost reduction and greater efficiencies.
