The vendor is required to provide a large, high-resolution LED volume wall with control system for the city tv studio to use in video production
- Provide a high-resolution LED volume wall and control system with all necessary components, inclusive of any software and accessories required for operation and for integration with existing equipment.
- The wall shall be permanently mounted and must integrate with the existing Panasonic plv1 cameras and ross video broadcast equipment, as well as ross voyager system to be used as a virtual background for video production.
- Future plans anticipate use of the LED volume wall with extended reality (XR) productions.
• Ability to produce high resolution, realistic images with no pixelization when photographing a subject within nine (9) feet from wall.
• Physical area dimensions needed are 25 x 11’ (approx. 24’x10’total panel size)
• 1.27 or lower pitch with chip on board (cob)
• Novastar mx2000 pro-10-bit processor with: o Distribution package
o 4 SDI 12g input
o 4 HDMI input card
o 4 fiber output card
o 3 cvt10 fiber conversion box
o Nova star processor can be installed either as master control room or adjacent to video wall, provided noise infiltration from processor unit will not interfere with audio capturing during studio productions
o 8k output to video wall.

• Ability to receive a 4k, 12g signal from ross video switcher and HDMI input from a computer.
- Installation
• The LED wall shall be installed with a custom floor and wall mount frame and a rack mount for a Novastar mx 2000 pro-10-bit video processor.
• The frame shall be furnished by the contractor and shall be assembled onsite with all fasteners and related accessories needed for permanent installation.
• All configuring and engineering and necessary integration to work with existing studio equipment shall be the responsibility of the contractor.
• The contractor shall wire the required sources from the city tv routing switcher to the nova star processor.
• Provide all engineering and wiring documentation.
• Provide commissioning and operational training for the LED wall and processor.
