The vendor is required to provide from qualified environmental consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive environmental assessment and planning study for the subject property.
- The outcomes will support future development, investment decisions, and compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations.
- The DECD assessment grant, respondents shall submit a fee proposal that encompasses the following scope of services:
• Preparation of a phase i environmental site assessment (ESA) in accordance with ASTM e1527-013 and state deep site characterization guidance document (SCGD).
• Completion of a phase ii ESA conducted in accordance with state deep site characterization guidance document (SCGD)
• Completion of a phase iii ESA conducted in accordance with state deep SCGD
• Completion of a conceptual remedial action plan with estimated costs for remediation.
• Completion of a hazardous building materials assessment (HBMA) assessment with estimated costs of abatement, delineated by building area.
• Completion of a highest and best use planning study (HBUPS) to assess the physical, legal, financial, and market feasibility of future uses of the property.
